[Tools] Lessons from Isolation #1

The World is Basically Closed

Let’s talk about being alone, it’s kind of the the “in” topic right now. No worries! I can use anything to teach because the point of life is for us to learn. Life will use ANYTHING to help you, even isolation.

This month we’ll look at what you can learn from your self-isolation:

2 good feeling things and 2 “that’s gonna sting” things. Balance.

Isolation Shows Real Connections

What have you learned?  You have real connections that have nothing to do with where they live or how much you see them.

Real connections are STILL there even if you can’t go out. Even if you don’t see them. Even if you don’t physically connect, the connection is holding.

Real connections are 1) still there and GETTING STRONGER.

Real connections are 2) filling.

Seriously. When you stop using the mass produced, sugary, quick fix connections and insta-bestie relationships you start to NOTICE and savor the real ones.

Then, just a little bit of a real conversation carries you further than hours of superficial ever did.

Do better with your real relationships. This is gift because you can SEE them more clearly now…

Isolation Shows Real Connections

In Joy,

P.S. If you have even ONE of these real connections…TEND IT BETTER
