The 4 Relationship Traps: #2 Stop LYING To Yourself Love!

Lying to Yourself is a Bad Pattern

Oops…I gave it all away. This training can be summed up in 4 words.

And yes, I lied too!  And it can still happen to me if I’m not paying attention…

we lie because it’s efficient and easier not to have to confront our own feelings or try to “deal” with someone else about them.

#2 Deception Pattern

Who wants to hurt? Umm. Nobody.

Who wants to admit they made a mistake when they overrode their OWN intuition? Still… No one.

Who wants to try to figure out how to get out of what can look like the world’s most tangled plate of spaghetti-like mess?

Yep. Zero people.

(Well maybe one masochist in North Dakota or something…).

Here is my advice (lean in…it’s simple, critical and not easy).

Stop Freaking Lying to YOURSELF.

Not to him! Not to her! Not to your mate or kids.

(You’ll want my help for those.)

Just YOU.

Just get in the shower or bath or take that long walk and tell the truth to you.

Do YOU feel hurt?

Do YOU feel alone when you are sitting right next to him?

Are you feeling hopeless when you used to have BIG drive?

Are you struggling to go through the motions?

Are you lying to your kids?

(I’ll have to do a month on this  one, the damage from you hiding your true feelings is catastrophic).

Just. Tell. Yourself. The. Truth.

End the Self-Deception of your relationships.

That includes how your Mom makes you feel.

Your boss.

Your biggest client.

Your employees.

Your lover.

Your spouse.

Your “best friend”.

It makes a difference. Start there.

You do NOT need to know HOW to fix it (I do.)

You do NOT need to know WHEN to speak up (I do.)

You do NOT need to know WHY you feel bad (I do.)

Just tell yourself the truth love.  It’s Step 1.

In Joy,

P.S. I cannot begin to tell you all the problems YOU lying to YOU is causing you.  Weight gain, anxiety, the fighting, sleep problems, loss of motivation,  evaporation of sexuality, tolerance and ATTRACTION of abusers!

Just make yourself a promise that starting today, you will stop deceiving yourself about the status of your relationships. And hit reply to get my help.
