How to Close Your Year Right: Lonely or In Love? ❤️

How to Close Your Year Right:

Were You Lonely or In Love This Year?

This one hits home for EVERYONE.

We all know what it’s like to feel lonely.  The very WORST loneliness is when you are lonely in a crowd or sitting right next to your mate. 🙁

How Well Did You “Do” In Love This Year?

There is a very simple reason I am asking – to ensure that your 2021 Love will be BETTER than this year.

If you did “well” in love this year I need to get you to look at what you did, what you “didn’t” do and who you were BEING that resulted in you feeling safe, loved and connected.

If you DIDN’T do “well” in love this year…join the club.  Oddly enough, the club of people who felt lonely this year is pretty crowded!

If things didn’t go the way you wanted, you need to look at (get ready for it…) what you did, what you “didn’t” do and who you were BEING that resulted in those around you not “seeing your needs”, not supporting you, not…well… WANTING to love you.

The 21 Cringey Questions I Want You to Answer for Yourself

Answer these questions honestly:

-Did I prioritize being kind to myself this year?

-Did I speak up for my deep needs (while scared & fearing rejection)?

-Did I “rescue” people this year to “earn” their love?

-Did I pretend I was happy so long I’ve forgotten that I’m not?

-Did I make myself available for others to GIVE TO?

-Did I rest when I needed it?

-Did I admit when I was running on empty and ask for help?

-Did I get clear on what I really want from love?

-Did I speak my truth and want what I really wanted when it mattered?

-Did I tell the truth about how I enable people to keep hurting me?

-Did I do brave things to grow my heart this year?

-Did I substitute making money or getting fit for feeling loved?

-Did I show up in my life in a way that I want my kids to model?

-Did I accept crumbs in relationships and get stuck in my resentments?

-Did I own it’s my PATTERN, not the PEOPLE that is blocking love?

-Did I admit that I need someone to help me find love since I cannot?

-Did I make someone or something outside of me responsible for my love?

-Did I learn how to forgive MYSELF for not being loved well yet?

-Did I invest in myself – time and money – to help me feel better?

-Did I accept compliments or deflect, minimize and explain them?

-Did I actively LET IN or LOOK For Love in my existing circumstances?

Congratulations!  Those questions made you flinch right?

Good! It means you saw the truth when you read them.  Telling yourself the truth with love is the the most important and very first step to get OTHERS to love you.

I can help you remove your blocks to love.  No matter how much of an “idiot” your current or ex-partner is – the blocks are INSIDE of you that attracted them.

Why not do yourself a favor and ensure 2021 looks better for love than 2020…Don’t make your INACTION about money.  That’s a weak excuse.
